Our Process
Initial Consult
Reach out to our team for a short phone call introduction, discuss services needed for your pet, dates requested, and determine a date, time, and location to meet in person with an available sitter.
Meet and Greet
Our trusted pet sitter will m meet with you and your pet to assess temperament, sociability, and precautions for your pet's potential stay. Making sure you and your pet approve of the sitter match is important.
Confirm Stay
Dates and stay arrangements have are coordinated, an approved Agreement is signed, and a deposit is required. Care instructions, and date/time for pick-up or drop off will be arranged.
Service Begins
Photos and videos will be shared with you daily. Your pet is being cared for at all times with the upmost respect and service. If you are traveling internationally, third-party communications and emails can be provided.
Reunion
Your pet will be picked up by you or dropped off, depending on your request. Personal items will be cleaned and packaged for a sanitary return to you. Updates regarding feeding and bathroom breaks are provided.
