Meet and Greet
All new clients begin with an initial consultation to discuss your pet’s needs, including breed, age, temperament, sociability, and requested service dates. If we are a good fit and a sitter is available, a meet-and-greet will be scheduled to review routines, care instructions, expectations, and any special requirements. Afterward, a service agreement will be sent for your review.
Please note that an initial consultation is required for all services, including walking, sitting, and boarding. Services will not be confirmed until the agreement has been signed and accepted.
Boarding
Boarding provides your dog with a safe, loving, home-style environment that includes walks, meals, playtime, rest, and one-on-one attention. This is a great option for pet parents who want their dog cared for in a comfortable setting rather than a traditional kennel.
A meet-and-greet is recommended before the first boarding stay so your pet can become familiar with the environment and routines. Additional rates may apply for extra dogs from the same household and holiday bookings. The reference site offers 24-hour in-home boarding, a recommended pre-boarding visit, and added rates for extra dogs and holidays.
House Sitting
Extended in-home pet sitting is available for pets who need more personalized attention, longer visits, or overnight support. Services may include walks, meals, medication reminders, companionship, potty breaks, and wellness checks.
This option is ideal for pets who do best in their home environment or who need a more customized care schedule. Pricing is based on the level of care, number of pets, and length of time required. The source page similarly presents this as a customized in-home service with pricing to be determined.
Individual Walks
Our dog walking visits include a walk, playtime, fresh water, feeding if needed, and plenty of affection. This service is ideal for busy workdays, long outings, or any time your dog needs a midday break and extra attention.
Walks can be scheduled as needed or on a recurring basis. Flexible visit windows may be offered throughout the day. Households with more than one dog may have additional charges depending on whether pets can be walked together or separately. Group Activity
Our group activity sessions are perfect for social, energetic pets who enjoy interacting with others in a safe and supervised setting. These sessions may include group walks, park outings, or structured playtime designed to provide both physical exercise and mental stimulation.
All pets are carefully evaluated to ensure compatibility and safety within the group. This service is ideal for dogs who benefit from socialization, burn off extra energy, and enjoy a more engaging experience beyond one-on-one visits.
Short Visits
Short visits are designed for quick check-ins when your pet needs basic care and attention. These visits may include potty breaks, fresh water, feeding, medication reminders, and a brief amount of companionship.
This option is ideal for busy days, long work hours, or pets who only require minimal support throughout the day. While shorter in duration, each visit is still focused on your pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being.
Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations happen. Our emergency visit service is available for last-minute or urgent care needs when you are unable to get home in time.
Whether your pet needs an immediate potty break, feeding, medication, or general supervision, we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests based on availability. Emergency visits may include same-day or short-notice bookings and may be subject to additional fees depending on timing and circumstances.
